makes the proper application, secures the proper permit and the job
is inspected by the Plumbing Inspector after it is completed.

329K. (a) Any person not a Master Plumber installing any
pump, drinking cups or cold water pressure tanks in Kent County
must make application to the County Plumbing Board for a special
County license entitling him to make such installations. Said applica-
tion must be accompanied by a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and a
performance bond in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00), conditioned upon the said applicant's proper installation
of said pumps, drinking cups and cold water pressure tanks, said
bond to be in such form as shall be prescribed by the County Plumb-
ing Board. Said license shall be issued for a period of one (1) year,
but may be refused or revoked by said County Plumbing Board in the
event it is shown that said licensee is either unable or unwilling to
properly perform his work and/or it becomes necessary to take action
upon his bond filed as aforesaid.

(b)  Any piping beyond the cold water pressure tank, except piping
of cups and faucets for agricultural use, must be done by a plumber
holding a Kent County Plumbing License. If installation necessitates
any work in the well, a permit must be obtained from the County
Plumbing Board and the work must be inspected by the Plumbing
Inspector before covering the well as hereinbefore set forth.

(c)  Nothing herein shall prohibit the purchaser and ultimate
consumer from installing a pump, drinking cup and cold water
pressure tank without a license.

329L. (a) Any person employed as a maintenance man in a
cannery, oyster house, orange juice plant, milk plant or similar
operation may do all maintenance work on the machinery of the
company and may maintain the plumbing system of the plant without
being licensed.

(b) Should said maintenance work require any new plumbing
fixtures, new sewers or additions to existing sewers handling human
waste, the work must be done by a plumber holding a Kent County
Plumbing license, and shall be governed by the same rules and
regulations as other plumbing installations.

329M. Any firm or corporation can engage in the plumbing
business in Kent County, provided it has a duly licensed master
plumber associated with the firm or corporation or employed by it
who regularly manages and supervises all plumbing installations.

329N. Any resident of Kent County who has been actively en-
gaged in the installation of plumbing and plumbing fixtures in Kent
County continuously for two (2) years prior to January 1, 1963,
may upon proof of said residence and qualification obtain a county
plumbing license from, the Kent County Plumbing Board and shall
be entitled to engage in the plumbing business in Kent County and
perform all the functions and duties and work in Kent County which
call for a master plumber in this act. This special license must be
obtained from the Kent County Plumbing Board within thirty (30)
days after the formation of said Board. This special license is to
terminate upon licensee's termination of residence in Kent County
or upon failure of licensee to renew said license for any year.
