a good state of repair. It shall also be unlawful to park a vehicle on
such a highway during the period of the emergency and the State
Police are hereby authorized to have any such vehicle so parked
towed from said highway.
The Superintendent of the State Police or his representative shall
have the authority to call such emergency for the State highways so
designated as a whole or for such State highways in the State as he
deems necessary which emergency shall continue in force and effect
until the Superintendent or his representative shall declare it no
longer necessary.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this
section or the rules and regulations made pursuant hereto shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be fined a mini-
mum of $10.00 or a maximum of $25.00
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(House Bill 463)
AN ACT to add new Section 88A to Article 11 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Banks and Trust Companies,"
subtitle "General Regulations," to follow immediately after Section
88 thereof, providing that no bank, trust company or corporate
fiduciary shall advertise that it offers the same services as those
of an attorney, reflect on the qualifications of attorneys, or imply
that an attorney's services are secondary.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 88A be and it is hereby added to Article 11 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Banks and Trust
Companies," subtitle "General Regulations," to follow immediately
after Section 88 thereof, and to read as follows:
88A.
No advertisement of any bank, trust company or corporate fiduciary
shall indicate, directly or indirectly, that it offers or performs the
same services as those of an attorney; it shall not reflect, directly
or indirectly, on the qualification of attorneys in any capacity, in-
cluding fiduciary capacities; and it shall not imply, directly or in-
directly, that the services of a lawyer are only secondary or minis-
terial.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.
