It shall be unlawful in Prince George's [and Worcester Counties]
County for any person to shoot any fox while it is being pursued
by hounds, or to shoot or molest any hound while chasing a fox. Any
person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined not less than Five
Dollars nor more than Twenty-five Dollars for each and every
offense.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to legalize the 1963 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County, being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's County and
edited by Carl N. Everstine, and making provision for the publi-
cation, sale and distribution of this Code.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1963 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, published under the direction of the Board of County
Commissioners of Prince George's County and edited by Carl N.
Everstine, is legalized. The Code shall contain all public local laws
relating to Prince George's County following the 1963 regular
session of the General Assembly of Maryland, and it shall contain
the charters of the several municipal corporations within Prince
George's County as in effect on June 1, 1963. The Code shall be
deemed and taken in all the courts of the State, by all justices of
the peace and trial magistrates of the State, and by all other public
officials of the State and of its several political subdivisions, to be
evidence of the public local laws of Prince George's County in effect
at the time of compilation.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County is authorized and directed
to make an appropriation to provide for the publication of the Code,
and the Board is further authorized to provide for the sale and
distribution of the Code.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.
