(31) Property, real and personal owned by the Historical Society
of Frederick County, Inc., the Montgomery County Historical So-
ciety, Inc., the Historical Society of Talbot County, Maryland, Inc.,
the Dorchester County Historical Society, Inc., the Historical Society
of Kent County, Maryland, Inc., the Howard County Historical So-
ciety, Inc., the Worcester County Historical Society, the Queen Anne's
County Historical Society, the Wicomico Historical Society, Inc., and
Historic Annapolis, Inc., and any other nonprofit society or agency
in Anne Arundel County which, is devoted to the study of history or
the maintenance and preservation of historic homes and places; and
any property in Cecil County owned by the Society for the Preserva-
tion of Maryland Antiquities, Inc., Chester County Council Boy Scouts
of America, and Friends of the Library of Cecil County Maryland,
Inc. Such of the grounds, buildings and personal property of a certain
property commonly known as Ogle Hall, situate at the corner of Col-
lege Avenue and King George Street, Annapolis, Anne Arundel Coun-
ty, as are owned by the United States Naval Academy Alumni Asso-
ciation, Inc., shall likewise be exempted under this section. The old
Lloyd Street Synagogue property at the northeast corner of Lloyd
and Watson Streets in the City of Baltimore, now owned by the Jew-
ish Historical Society of Maryland, Inc., together with historical or
religious personal property therein, is exempt under this section.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 456
(House Bill 487)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 345A of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1962 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Forests and Parks,"
subheading "In General," adding the Camp Fire Girls to those
groups whose members are admitted to Maryland State Parks free
of charge when in uniform and accompanied by an adult leader.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 345A of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1962 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Forests
and Parks," subheading "In General," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

345A.

Boy scouts, girl scouts, camp fire girls, members of affiliated
branches thereof, and their adult leaders, when in scout APPRO-
PRIATE uniforms, and in groups of eight or more which are accom-
panied by an adult leader, shall be admitted to any Maryland State
park free of any admission charge.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.
