after passed unless expressly referred to and expressly repealed in
terms. Provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall
not apply to Prince George's County [.] or to Baltimore City.
31.
Any person who shall sell or offer for sale from a wagon at retail
within the corporate limits of any municipality which may impose,
set, rate or levy any license, tax, charge or fee upon the business of
selling from a wagon at retail, any fresh fruits, vegetables or other
county produce of which he is not a bona fide grower, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, be
fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). This section and
§ 30 of this article not to apply to Allegany or Washington counties
[.] or to Baltimore City.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 3(1)
and 19 of Article 73B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Pensions", sub-title "In General", amending the
laws concerning the Employees' Retirement System with particu-
lar respect to the payment to a member of the system of a pension
or retirement allowance from another pension or retirement sys-
tem if that allowance is not supported wholly or in part by the
State of Maryland.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 3(1) and 19 of Article 73B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Pensions", sub-title "In General",
be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
3(1). Any person who shall become an employee as herein de-
fined after the date of establishment shall become a member of the
Retirement System as a condition of employment, and shall not be
entitled to receive any pension or retirement allowance from any
other pension or Retirement System if that pension or retirement
allowance is supported wholly or in part by the State of Maryland,
anything to the contrary notwithstanding, except benefits from social
security.
19. No other provision of law in any other statute which provides
wholly or partly at the expense of the State of Maryland for pensions
or retirement benefits for employees of the State, their widows, or
other dependents, shall apply to members or beneficiaries of the Re-
tirement System established by this article, their widows or other
dependents; but this section does not apply to any person with re-
