(f) No tax exemption granted by the County Commissioners under
the authority of this section shall have any effect after December 31,
1965.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(Senate Bill 455)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 154 (b)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Waterfowl and Migratory
Birds", relating to a riparian owner's rights to select duck blind
sets in Queen Anne's County and providing that such rights shall
extend to all waters in the County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 154 (b) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Waterfowl
and Migratory Birds", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
154.
(b) In the waters of Queen Anne's County fin the Chester River
from Primrose Point to the Town of Millington], owners, lessees or
licensees, shall have the right to make a choice of the set or position
as provided in subsection (a) above on or before October 10 of each
year, but after said date no person whether owner, lessee, or licensee
or any other person, shall make a choice of the set or position in the
waters above.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(Senate Bill 458)
AN ACT to add new Section 122B to Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "County Treasurer", to follow immediately after Section
122A thereof, which was added by Chapter 763 of the Acts of
1953, relating to notice to the Supervisor of Assessments of
Caroline County in cases of construction of new buildings or
alteration of existing buildings.
