equal monthly or semi-monthly installments for the compensation
provided in the State Budget, which shall be [$9,000,002 $12,500.00
$11,000.00 annually, for the trust clerk to be appointed by the
Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, and which, for the deputy trust
clerk, shall be equal from time to time to the compensation of chief
deputy clerks in Baltimore City as fixed under the provisions of Sec-
tion 25 of Article 17 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended
from time to time, for the supervision of the trust estates in the Cir-
cuit Court and Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City; payment of
said salary to be made out of any money paid by the clerks of the
several courts of Baltimore City into the State Treasury, and on the
certificate of some one of the judges of the Supreme Bench of Balti-
more City that such trust clerk has performed his duties for the time
so certified by said Judge; the clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore
and of the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City are hereby author-
ized and directed to appoint a chief clerk for each of their respec-
tive courts, said appointment to be subject to confirmation by the
Supreme Bench of Baltimore City; the said trust clerk is authorized
and directed to appoint a chief deputy trust clerk, said appointment
to be subject to confirmation by the Supreme Bench of Baltimore
City; the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City is authorized and em-
powered to appoint a deputy trust clerk and when said appointments
have been so made and confirmed the Comptroller of the State of
Maryland is hereby directed to pay in monthly or semi-monthly
installments the compensation provided in the State Budget for each
of the clerks so appointed and confirmed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1,1963.

CHAPTER 290
(Senate Bill 256)
AN ACT to add new Sections 266A to 266-I, inclusive, to Article 41
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Sup-
plement) , title "Governor—Executive and Administrative Depart-
ments", sub-title "Department of Economic Development", to fol-
low immediately after Section 266 thereof and to be under the new
sub-heading "Industrial Buildings for Counties and Municipali-
ties", authorizing the several counties, Baltimore City, and those
municipal corporations subject to Article HE of the Constitution
to issue revenue bonds for assisting in the construction of certain
industrial buildings, providing generally for the issue and redemp-
tion of these bonds, and relating generally to the financing, con-
struction, and use of certain industrial buildings and premises in
said counties and towns.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 266A to 266-I, inclusive, be and they are hereby
added to Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition and 1962 Supplement), title "Governor—Executive and Ad-
ministrative Departments", sub-title "Department of Economic De-
