(h) Employs directly or indirectly a solicitor for the purpose of
obtaining patients.
(i) Obtains a fee on the assurance that an incurable disease or
diseased condition can be cured.
(j) Divides fees or charges or has any arrangement to share fees
or charges with any other person, except on the basis of services
performed.
(k) Fails to report promptly to the proper official any dangerous
infectious, or contagious disease.
(l) Fails to report promptly the results of tests when required to
do so by law or regulation.
(m) Willfully makes any misrepresentation in the inspection of
food stuffs.
(n) Fraudulently applies or reports any intradermal, cutaneous,
subcutaneous, seriological, or chemical test.
(o) Fraudulently issues or uses any health certificate, inspection
certificate, vaccination certificate, test chart, or other blank form
used in the practice of veterinary medicine pertaining to the dis-
semination of animal disease, transportation of diseased animals or
the sale of inedible products of animal origin for human consumption.

A qualified licensed veterinarian may employ an assistant who has
obtained a temporary permit provided that the assistant has met all
the requirements of the Board as set forth in this sub-title. Any
persons applying for a temporary permit must associate himself
with a qualified licensed veterinarian in the State, and his work shall
be limited to the practice of the qualified veterinarian and he shall
not participate in the practice or operation of a branch office, clinic,
or allied establishment. The permit, when granted, shall bear the
name and address of the licensed veterinarian. The applicant must
present himself for examination at the next scheduled examination
of the Board. The fee for the permit is twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
which sum shall be applied toward the examination fee, but shall be
forfeited if the applicant fails to present himself at the next sched-
uled examination, and the permit shall not be further renewed. The
permit shall expire on the day following the announcement of the
grades of the first examination given after such temporary permit is
issued. No more than one temporary permit may be issued to any
applicant. No temporary permit may be issued to any applicant if
he has previously failed the examination.

The Board may issue a license without a written examination to
any applicant who furnishes satisfactory proof that he has success-
fully completed the examination conducted by the National Board of
Veterinary Examiners, or who has been actively engaged in practice
in another state for a period of five (5) years. The applicant must,
however, present himself before the Board to be interviewed and ex-
amined orally and practically.
