land, (1962 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Pa-
tuxent River Watershed", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

411F.

The county commissioners, or their duly designated agencies, are
authorized to acquire lands for the purpose enumerated in this sub-
title outside of the area of the Patuxent River watershed plan, if the
county commissioners, or their duly designated agencies, find, within
the exercises of their discretion that such acquisitions are necessary
to preserve any portion of the Patuxent River watershed plan in
their respective counties. The county commissioners, or their duly
designated agencies are authorized to expend any funds which under
the provisions of this sub-title are authorized to be expended for the
purposes enumerated herein for the purchase of lands authorized
by [their] this section to be acquired by the county commissioners, or
their duly designated agencies, outside of the area of the Patuxent
River watershed plan.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That this Act shall take effect June 1,1963.

CHAPTER 18
(Senate Bill 46)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 67 and 68 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert
County", sub-title "Circuit Court", Section 68 thereof having been
amended by Chapter 104 of the Acts of 1949, repealing obsolete and
unnecessary local laws of Calvert County concerning the terms of
court of the Circuit Court for Calvert County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 67 and 68 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Circuit
Court", Section 68 thereof having been amended by Chapter 104 of
the Acts of 1949, be and they are hereby repealed, as follows:

[67. There shall be two regular terms of the Circuit Courts for
the several counties of Calvert, St. Mary's, Prince George's and
Charles, comprising the Seventh Judicial Circuit of this State, to
which jurors shall be summoned, and said terms shall be held at the
following times: For Calvert County, at Prince Frederick, on the first
Monday of May and the second Monday of November in each year;
for St. Mary's County, Leonardtown, on the third Monday of March
and September in each year; for Prince George's County, at Upper
Marlboro, on the first Monday of April and October in each year, and
for Charles County, at La Plata, on the third Monday of May and
November in each year.

68. There shall be two other and intermediate terms of each of
said courts, to which jurors shall not be summoned, to be held at the
