Section 11. Separability

If any provision of this Article, or the application thereof to any
person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the Article
and the application of such provision to persons or circumstances
other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected
thereby. The powers conferred by this Article shall be in addition and
supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 148
(Senate Bill 230)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 154 (e) of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1962 Supplement),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish", sub-heading "Waterfowl and Migratory Birds", to permit
owners, lessees or licensees in Kent County to set a position stake
or booby blinds in any waters in the county.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 154(e) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1962 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Waterfowl and Migra-
tory Birds", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

154.

(e) In the waters of Kent County Tin the Chester River near
Eastern Neck Narrows including all of the Church Creek from Rin-
golds Point and Boxes Point at the said creek entrance to the head
thereof], owners, lessees or licensees, shall have the right to make a
choice of the set or position as provided in sub-section (a) above on
or before October 10 of each year, but after said date no person,
whether owner, lessee, or licensee or any other person, shall make a
choice of the set or position in the waters above.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.
