Prince George's County and who sits in the Circuit Court for Prince
George's County at the request of the resident judges of Prince
George's County.

(B)   The County Council of Montgomery County is authorized to
pay from any amounts received from the State Comptroller under the
provisions of subsection (c-1) hereof, in addition to the sums pro-
vided by Section 7-16 of the Montgomery County Code, 1960, an
amount not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500)
per annum to each of the judges of the circuit court of the sixth
judicial circuit who resides in Montgomery County.

(C)   The County Commissioners of Frederick County are directed
to pay from any amounts received from the State Comptroller under
the provisions of this sub-section (c-1), in addition to the sums pro-
vided by Section 5-8 of the Frederick County Code, 1959, an amount
not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per
annum to each of the Judges of the Circuit Court of the Sixth
Judicial Circuit who reside in Frederick County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 107
(Senate Bill 211)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 24 of
Article 15A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Budget and Procurement", sub-title "Budget Bureau", cor-
recting an error in the law relating to the appointment of budget
analysts under the Department of Budget and Procurement.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 24 of Article 15A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Budget and Procurement", sub-title "Budget
Bureau", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

24.

The Director shall appoint in accordance with the provisions of
Section 16 of this article a farm manager-advisor, building engineer
and one or more budget [analysists] analysts, whose duties and
qualifications shall be as follows:

(a)   The farm manager-advisor shall be a graduate of a recog-
nized college of agriculture. He shall continuously analyze the food
requirements of all State institutions and shall make recommenda-
tions concerning the operation of farms and dairies owned and oper-
ated by the State and shall make recommendations concerning the
acquisition, disposal and use of such farms and dairies.

(b)   The building engineer shall be a graduate mechanical engi-
neer with at least three years experience in building construction
and maintenance. He shall continuously study all the maintenance
and operational costs of all buildings owned or operated by the State
