minister the code, and to provide penalties for a violation of the code.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County", sub-title "Jurors"; Sections 151 and 152 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County (1959 Edi-
tion, being Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Jurors"; Sections 161,
162, and 164 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County (1961 Edition, being Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Worcester County", sub-title
"Jurors"; and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
6, 9, 10 (a), 11 and 12 of Article 51 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Supplement), title "Juries",
sub-title "Qualification and Selection of Jurors"; and to add new
Sections 9A, 10A and 12A, to follow immediately and respectively
after Sections 9, 10 and 12 of Article 51 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Supplement), title "Juries",
sub-title "Qualification and Selection of Jurors", relating to quali-
fications and selection of jurors in the First Judicial Circuit, com-
prising Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester counties.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 208, 209, 210 and 212 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title ''Somerset
County", sub-title "Jurors"; and Sections 151 and 152 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County (1959 Edition, being
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Wicomico County", sub-title "Jurors"; and Sections 161, 162 and
164 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County (1961
Edition, being Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Jurors", be and they are
hereby repealed; and that Sections 6, 9, 10 (a), 11 and 12 of Article
51 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Sup-
plement), title "Juries", sub-title "Qualification and Selection of
Jurors", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, and that new Sections 9A, 10A and 12A be and they
are hereby added to Article 51 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and 1962 Supplement), title "Juries", sub-title "Quali-
fication and Selection of Jurors", to follow immediately and respec-
tively after Sections 9, 10 and 12 thereof and all to read as follows:
