In addition to his annual salary the [Chairman] President shall re-
ceive not more than $200.00 per month for mileage, travel and other
necessary expenses which he might incur in the execution of his
official duties. Each of the other members of the Board of County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel County, in addition to said annual
salary shall receive not more than $150.00 per month for mileage,
travel, and other necessary expenses which they might incur in the
execution of their official duties. The payment of such expenses
shall be made from the general funds of Anne Arundel County, in the
provided, however, that the payment of such expenses as are not
heretofore budgeted for or exceed the budget allotment for same for
the calendar year 1959 shall be made from the General Fund Surplus
of said County].
2-14.1.
For the purpose of election of county commissioners the county
shall be divided into four commissioner districts from each of which
there shall be elected one county commissioner resident therein. The
President of the Board of County Commissioners shall be elected from
the county as a whole. The commissioner districts shall be constituted
as follows:
(i) Commissioner district number one shall encompass all the
area included in election districts numbers one, six, seven and eight
described in sections 7-3, 7-8, 7-9 and 7-10 of this code.
(ii) Commissioner district number two shall encompass all the
area included in election districts number two and four described
in sections 7-4 and 7-6 of this code.
(iii) Commissioner district number three shall encompass all the
area of election district number three described in section 7-5 of this
code.
(iv) Commissioner district number four shall encompass all the
area of election district number five described in section 7-7 of this
code.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS THE COUNTY SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO FIVE COM-
MISSIONER DISTRICTS, FROM EACH OF WHICH THERE
SHALL BE ELECTED ONE COUNTY COMMISSIONER RESI-
DENT THEREIN. THE SEVERAL COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS
ARE CONSTITUTED AS FOLLOWS:

EACH ONE OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL AT
THE TIME OF HIS ELECTION RESIDE IN A DIFFERENT ONE
OF THE FIVE COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS CONSTI-
TUTED AS FOLLOWS;
(I) COMMISSIONER DISTRICT NUMBER ONE SHALL EN-
COMPASS ALL THE AREA INCLUDED IN ELECTION DIS-
TRICTS ONE, SEVEN AND EIGHT AS THOSE ELECTION DIS-
