STATE ROADS COMMISSION MAY BE USED TO PAY THE SALA-
RIES OF ANY EMPLOYEES IN EXCESS OF THE 3,823 AUTHOR-
IZED POSITIONS WHICH ARE SPECIFIED IN THE "PERSONNEL
DETAIL" SUPPORTING THIS ACT.

ALSO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR TECHNICAL AND SPECIAL
FEES IN THE SEVERAL PROGRAMS ABOVE SHALL NOT EXCEED
THE SUM IN THE AGGREGATE OF $2,961,300, EXCEPT THAT THIS
LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXPENDITURES OF
ANY FUNDS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE ENACTMENT

OF CHAPTER------ (H.B. 894) BY THE 1963 REGULAR SESSION OF

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

ALSO NO PART OF THESE FUNDS SHALL BE EXPENDED
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL PASSENGER MOTOR
VEHICLES FOR THE SEVERAL PROGRAMS ABOVE IN THE
AGGREGATE IN EXCESS OF THE PRESENT TOTAL NOW OWNED
OF 333 PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLES.

ALSO THE TOTAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND GENERAL
EXPENSES FOR THE SEVERAL PROGRAMS ABOVE IN THE
AGGREGATE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUM OF $10,150,194.

Special Fund Appropriation, to provide funds
from motor vehicle revenue to pay the State
Roads Commission—Toll Facilities Depart-
ment for the use of the State's Toll Facil-
ities by the ambulance equipment of volun-
teer fire companies and other non-profit agen-
cies of the State in the movement of sick or
injured persons and by organized groups of
school children on visits to the State Capitol
to be spent under the direction of the Toll
Facilities Department of the State Roads
