bath-breaking violations under City Code, Article 24, Sections 70
through 75.

[32] (62) Switch-blade violations under City Code, Article 24,
Section 165, and Maryland Code, Article 27, Section 339.

[33] (63) Telephone misuse offenses under [Ordinance 382 of
the mayor and city councilmen of Baltimore City, approved June 21,
1960] Maryland Code, Article 27, Section 555A.

(64) Trash dumping offenses under Maryland Code, Article 27,
Section 468.

[34] (65) Unauthorized use of livestock or of vehicle offenses
under Maryland Code, Article 27, Section 349.

[35] (66) Unemployment insurance law violations under Mary-
land Code, Article 95A, Section 17.

(67) Unlawful use of boat offenses under Maryland Code, Article
27, Section 22.

[40] (72) Wholesale produce dealer violations under City Code,
Article 19, Sections 67 through 71.

(b)  The description of the offenses set forth under subsection (a)
hereof are intended by way of abbreviated reference only, and are
not intended as a construction of the statutes referred to. Nor are
said descriptions intended to limit the jurisdiction of the court over
the subject matter encompassed in said statutes, unless such limita-
tion is expressly provided by use of the term "only."

(c)   Except as hereinafter in this subsection set forth, and except
as provided in Section 111 (Jury Trial), the jurisdiction of the court,
over the offenses and matters set forth in subsection (a) of this sec-
tion shall be original and exclusive.

(1)  Whenever any person is charged with an offense or offenses
within the jurisdiction of the court, and also with an offense or
offenses not within the jurisdiction of the court arising out of the
same circumstances, said person shall be originally proceeded against
in the Criminal Court of Baltimore and such court shall have juris-
diction over each such offense.

(2)  Whenever any person is charged with an offense within the
jurisdiction of the court, and the State's Attorney of Baltimore City,
shall represent to the court that the interests of justice would best
