visions of this subtitle otherwise requiring said rule, regulation, rate
or charge to be uniform throughout the Sanitary District.

BEFORE ADOPTING ANY DIFFERENT RULE, REGULA-
TION, RATE OR CHARGE FOR SAID AREA OR SUBDIS-
TRICT, HOWEVER, THE COMMISSION SHALL GIVE NOTICE
OF THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION IN AT LEAST ONE
NEWSPAPER PRINTED AND PUBLISHED IN MONTGOMERY
COUNTY AND ONE NEWSPAPER PRINTED AND PUBLISHED
IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY AND SHALL THEREAFTER
CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OR AD-
VISABILITY OF SUCH MODIFICATION OF SAID RULE, REGU-
LATION, RATE OR CHARGE.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(House Bill 316)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1579 (b)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1953
Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Prince George's County," subtitle "Washington
Suburban Sanitary District," said section being also Section 73-
66(b) of the Montgomery County Code (1960 Edition), being
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County," subtitle "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District," as said sections were last repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, by Chapter 691 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1951, relating generally to the bonds of the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District for the design and construction
of trunk sewers, pumping stations and disposal facilities, au-
thorizing the use of facsimile signatures and a facsimile of the
seal of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission in issuing
such bonds.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1579(b) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1953 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County,"
subtitle "Washington Suburban Sanitary District," said section
being also Section 73-66 (b) of the Montgomery County Code (1960
Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Montgomery County," subtitle "Washington Suburban
Sanitary District," as said sections were last repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, by Chapter 691 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1951, be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
