Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the county commis-
sioners of St. Mary's County shall levy, at the time of the general
tax levy, an annual tax upon all of the property assessed for county
tax purposes in an amount sufficient to meet the interest of such
bonds as it comes due and the principal thereof as they mature for
so long as any of them is outstanding; provided that if the interest
matures on any issue before a sufficient amount of such taxes has
been collected to pay the interest due, the county commissioners may
pay the interest out of the proceeds of the sale of the issues sold.
Sec. 3 And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 134 to 145, inclusive, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany
County", sub-title "Election Districts", and to enact in lieu thereof
new Sections 134 to 145X to stand in the place of the sections so
repealed, revising and denning the boundaries of the several elec-
tion districts in Allegany County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 134 to 145, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Election Districts", be and they are hereby repealed, that new
Sections 134 to 145X be and they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof,
to stand in the place of the sections so repealed, and to read as
follows:
134. The boundaries of the several election districts in Allegany
County are as provided hereinbelow in this sub-title:
135. District No. 1—Orleans. Beginning at the mouth of Side-
ling Hill Creek on the Potomac River, which Creek forms the division
line between Allegany and Washington Counties and running thence
up said Creek northerly about 12 miles to the Pennsylvania State
Line, thence with said Pennsylvania State Line west 3¾, miles to the
top of Green Ridge Mountain, then with the top of Green Ridge
Mountain southwest 13 miles to the Potomac Edison Company's
Transmission Line running from Williamsport, Maryland, to Cum-
berland, Maryland, and about 150 feet southwesterly of the road to
Green Ridge Station called Mertens Avenue, thence with the Poto-
mac Edison Company's Transmission Line south 81½ degrees east
6500 feet to the top of Town Hill, thence still with said Transmis-
sion Line South 75½ degrees east 8000 feet, then south 7¾ degrees
east 120 feet to the aforesaid road leading from the top of Green
Ridge Mountain to Green Ridge Station, commonly called Mertens
Avenue, thence with said road or Mertens Avenue, south 71¼ degrees
east 450 feet south 57½ degrees east 171 feet, south 70½ degrees
