(b) Bach member of the board shall receive an annual salary of
[$600] $1,000.00 and the board shall hold at least one scheduled
meeting a month.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re enact, with amendments, subsection (q)
of Section 155 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Salaries,"
relating to the Board of License Commissioners, their clerk and
the attorney to the board, a secretary to said clerk, and printing
and other expenses to be paid in Prince George's County.
AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTIONS 155(Q) AND 158(K) OF ARTICLE 2B OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION), TITLE
"ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES," SUBTITLE "BOARDS OF LI-
CENSE COMMISSIONERS," TO CHANGE THE SALARIES OF
MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, AND OF THE ATTORNEY
TO THE BOARD, AND RELATING TO THE ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE INSPECTORS FOR THE COUNTY.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That subsection (q) of Section 155 of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages," sub-
title "Salaries," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows: THAT SECTIONS 155 (Q) AND
158(K) OF ARTICLE 2B OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARY-
LAND (1957 EDITION), TITLE "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES,"
SUBTITLE "BOARDS OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS," BE AND
THEY ARE HEREBY REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED, WITH
AMENDMENTS, TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

(q) Prince George's County—In Prince George's County each of
the members of the board, except the chairman thereof, shall receive
an annual salary of [one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00)]
two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), and the chairman thereof shall
receive an annual salary of [two thousand dollars ($2,000.00)]
three thousand dollars ($3,000.00). The clerk of the board who shall
be the clerk of the Board of County Commissioners shall receive an
annual salary of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00)
as clerk of said license board; the attorney for the board shall re-
ceive an annual salary of [two thousand four hundred dollars
($2,400.00)] three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00), and
