of Our Lord One Thousand Seaven hundred and ffive Betweene Robert Smith Planter of the other pt Wittnesseth that the said Robert Smith for and In paid or otherwise secured at and before ye Ensealeing and delivery of these prsence doth acknowledge and confess himselfe to be fully satisfied Contented & pd and of sd George Vanderford his Heirs Exrs & admrs for ever by these prsents have deford, his Heires and assignes for ever; all that Tract or pcell of Land called ffox ye rights members & appurtenances Together with all houses buildings orchards prmises belonging or in any wise appertaineing or to any part or pcell thereof, all afforesd on the south side of Chester river and on the west side of a Branch called of ye sd branch; and running thence southwest one Hundred pches Then south perches Then with a Striaght Line to the ffirst Tree yt One Hundred and Seaventy his assignee or assignes and the revercon and revercons remainder & remain- rents device & devices made of ye sd prmises or of any pt or pcell the [missing] mand of him ye sd Robt Smith into ye same and all Deeds writeings prmises or any pt or pcell thereof To have & to hold the sd Tract or pcell with their and Every of their appurtenances whatsoever unto the sd George hoofe of him the sd George Vanderford his Heires and assignes forever, and will wart and forever defend by these prsents, And the sd Robt Smith with ye said George Vanderford his Heire and assignes in manner and form sealeing and Delivery of these prsents is & untill a good an absolute an and all & every pt & pcell thereof shall be fully vested, settled, and assignes according to ye true Intent & meaning of these prsents shall remaine prmises in And by these prsents given & grnated bargained and sold with an Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any condicon revercon any person or prsons whatsoever to alter Change or make voide [illegible] Ensealeing and Delivery of these prsents hath good right full power and singular ye sd prmises hereby granted with their appurtenances unto foresd and the sd George Vanderford his Heires and assignes and Every time to time & at all times for ever hereafter have hold, use, occupy possess by granted prmises with all & every of their appurtenances and have & take for ever without any Lawfull Lett Suite Trouble Interupcon or disturbance persons whatsoever, and free and cleare and freely and clearely acquitted by the sd Robt Smith his Heires and assignes of and from all manr of whatsoever Rents and Arreariages of rents, and all Titles or any assignes or any other person whatsoever (The rents and services which from due and payable to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of ye ffee or ffees of the Smith for himself his Heires and assignes do Covenant and agree to & ye sd Robt Smith his Heires or assignes or any other person or persons Title, Interest Claime or Demand into or out of ye sd prmises or any hereafter for and Dureing the space of Seaven years next Ensueing Charges in ye Law of ye sd George Vanderford his Heires & assignes and knowledged and suffered all and Every such further act And Law of all and singular ye before hereby granted pmises to the said deed, release, or Confirmacon or any other wayes or meanes what= [??] or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably such other person that shall be required and not Compellable to makeing thereof; over Leafe (and Lastly |
