This Indenture made the ninth Day of December
in the Province aforesaid of the one Part and William Sigley
that the said John Worth for a valluable Consideration to him
Receipt whereof he the said John Worth doth hereby acknowledge
acquitt & discharge the said William Sigley his Heires Exrs Admrs
alienated, sold, Enfoeffed and Confirmed unto him the said William
Worths Folly, being One Thousand Acres and part of a Tract of
of the said Buck hill Buck hill being ffifty acres of the
Intersect the Easternmost bounds of a parcell of Land Prickle
Intersect a North Line of the said Buck Hill then running Pa-
mentioned bounds, The said Lands situate lyeing and being in
ffolly Beginning at a Bounded Red Oak, standing at the West-
down the said Creeke Southwest Sixty Eight Perches, to another
Seven Hundred and Twenty Perches to a marked white oake
ffour Hundred Twenty ffive Perches, And from thence south
=west Three Hundred sixty five Perches to a marked Red Oake
Perches to the first Bounded Red Oake, Containing and now laid
said Parcells of Land abovesaid, with all the rights Profitts and
said John Worth To have & to hold all other the Bargained
for Ever, free and Clear and freely and Clearely acquitted
grants, Bargaines, Sales, Leases fforfetures, Joint heires,
John Worth doth for himselfe and his Heires Covenant
day of the date hereof his Heires and Assignes And to &
Sigley from the Day of the Date hereof now is and stands
aforesaid Lands, and all other the Bartained pmisses to him
forever; And further the said John Worth doth Covenant grant
Assignes to Save, defend and keep harmless, the said William
Person by from or under him; shall and will forever warrant
the Lett Trouble or deniall of him the said John Worth or his
him, them or any of them, And the said John Worth doth for him-
Title, Interst, Claime and Demand of the aforesaid Lands; And
assignes for ever: And ffurther the said John Worth doth for him-
William Sigley his Heires or his assignes att any time dureing
or Cause to be made Done Executed & Suffered all such further
the pmisses, As he or their Councill Learned in the Law shall rea-
