Covenanteth that ye said Edward Scott his forth for Ever Lawfully peacably & quitetly the said tract of land and premisses wth the lawfully receive, take and have and Inioy. from Time to time, Coming Growing or said Edward Scott and of his heirs and assignes presents, without any let resistance Disturbance heirs or assignes, and with out any lawfull Interruption of any other person or persons his heirs and assignes Clameing by from or Robt Smith before Excepted, and shall and Cost and Charges in ye law of the said Edwd Knowledge and suffer or cause to be done made at all times hereafter dureing ye space of and Every further Lawfull and reasonable act assurances, thing or things, as shall be de?nsed assignes, or by his or there Councill in ye Law surety and [since?] makeing of all and singular ances and Every parte and parcell there of for Ever to ye sole and only use and behoofe parties to these present Indentures have fixed our seales the day and year first Robert Smith
