recover & receive agt Charles Hollinsworth of
Chester River in Maryland ye acct? of two thousand
pounds of Tobo Due to me of [illegible] sd Hollinsworth
by a bill for ye same & to take & use all Lawful
ways & means to act p Da? for recovery of ye
same & allsoe to agree & Compound for ye same
& in my absence to acquit & Discharge pd ye
