In the name of God amen - I Lucey
Green of Talbot County wife of Henry Green
Knowing the certainety of death but the uncertainety
of the time when, Doe with the leave and consent of my
now husband make & declare this to be my Last will
and Testament in manner and form following.
ffirst and Principally I commend my Soul to the hands
of almighty God who gave it mee and my Body to
the Earth from whence it was taken there to be buried in
such Decent manner as shall be thought fitt and conve-
nient And as Touching the worldly Estate which
God in his mercy have Lent me, My will and meaning
is that the same be given and Imployed as hereafter
shall be Expressed vidzt whereas Antho Griffen
Late of Talbot County deceased did by his last Will
and Testament in writeing give and bequeath unto
me & mine Heires for ever, a certaine pcell of Land
called Kinson upon Chester the which I now Injoye
and posses my will and meaning is that David Jones
my youngest son by Griffen Jones late of Kent County
deceased have, hold, and Enjoye the same to him and his
heires for Ever and doe by these Presents declare him the
said David to be my Heire notwithstanding that I have
several Children Sons who have all Land bequeathed and
descended to them from their several fathers and doe
further make him the said David to be of age to Enjoye
the same with all the appurtnances thereunto belonging
at the age of Eighteene years and that the profitts of
the Land and Plantation after my death be wholely for
his maintenance and Education Imployed and whereas
Thomas Seward my former husband bequeathed to me
one Hundred and fifty acres of Land part of a Tract
of Land called Sewards hope, to be disposed of as I thought
fitt after the death [of] Charles Hynson unto whome he had
bequeathed the same who is now dead; my Will and
meaning is and I doe now give and bequeath the same
one Hundred & fifty acres of Land;    over Leafe
