    Know all men by these p’sents that I
Eliza Milson (alias Bradley) of Kent County
do hereby of my owne voluntary free will
and consent give unto Edward Worrell son of
William Worrell of Kent County my sonn
David Bradley now of the age of five &
a halfe years to live and abide with ye said
Edward Worrell or his heirs untill he come
to the age of Twenty one years to serve in
such worke or Imployment as he shall be
Capeable of and by the said Edward or his
heirs be Imploy’d in The said Edward Worrell
and his heirs to finde and provide for the
said David fitt and convenient cloathing
dyet and Lodgeing dureing the terme
affsd and at the Expiracon of the said
Time he the said Edward to give the
said David one New suit of Apparel
of Kersey or serge with Lyning &a
ffitting and necessacary for the said David
besides his comon cloathing In wittness
whereof We the said Elizabeth & the
said Edward have hereunto sett our hands
and seales this Twenty Eight Day of
Decembr Annoqr Domi 1703

    These are to sertifie whome it may concern
that whereas I Joseph Hackett of Kent County afsd
was bound unto Andrew Tonnard by an Indenture
bearing Date Janry the thertieth 1696 & since
the delivery of the said Indentures I the sd Joseph
have so mislaid the counter part of the Indenture
that now att the Expiracon of my said Terme of
servitude I have it not to deliver up Upon the
Recipt of my Indenture Therefore I do hereby
acknowledge to have received full satisfaccon
in every respect from my said Master Andrew
Tonnard as he was obleiged to pforme to me
by the contract of the said Indentures In
Wittnes where of I have hereunto sett my hand
and seale this third day of Janry anno Domi 17??
