    In pursuance to an Act of Assembly of ye Province
Requireing masters of shipps to publish their fraights
These are to Certifie all whome it doth or may Concern
That I Richd Hubbard master of The ship Jossiah of
London and now rideing at anchor in Chester River
in Kent County & from Thence bound for London
in old England, Will take on board The said shipp
Tobacco and lett her fraight at fifteen pounds p
Tunn if brought on board by The owner or
fraighter of The Tobacco and if I send for it the
fraight will Sixteen pounds p Tunn
