and clearly from all rents arrears of rents
released acquitted Exonerated & Discharged
of and from all former clames gifts grants
sales Leases or forfetures whatsoever the
rents & services which henceforth shall
grow due & payable to the Cheife Lord
or Lords of The fee or fees Excepted and
foreprized And farther the said John
Lancaster doth for himselfe and his heirs
covenant grant and agree to and w^th the
said James Walliston his heirs and assignes
and to and w^th every of them by these p^rsents
that the aforemenconed prmisses togeather
w^th all & every of their appurtenances are
free & clear from all Incumbrances whatsoever
and further the said John do by these presents
bind himselfe his heirs Ex^rs and adm^rs to
save defend & keep harmless the said James
his heirs & assignes against all manner of
psons whatsoever will for ever warrant
and defend & do by these prsents for ever
quitt claime freely & fully Release all the
right title Interest Estate claime & demand
whatsoever he now hath or of Right might
or might by any ways or means to have is
wholly Released and Invested In & upon
The said James Walliston his heirs &
assignes for ever to his and their only
proper use and behoofe for ever and ye
and the said John lancaster doth for
himselfe & his heirs further Covenant &
grant to & with him the said James
