the said Jeremiah miles for himselfe his Heires Execrs
administratrs the said Tract of Land and all and singular
or the prmisses before hereby granted, bargained and sold
unto ye sd John Hamer & William Sparks their Heires and
Assignes for ever against him the said Jeremiah and all &
Every other prsons whatsoever shall and will warrt and
for ever Defend by these prsents: And The sd Jeremiah
Miles for himselfe his Heires Executrs and administratrs
doe Covenant and Agree to and with yd sd John Hamer
and William Sparks their Heires and Assignes for Ever
in Manner and forme following (that is to say) that him
ye sd Jeremiah Miles att ye time of the Ensealing and Delivery
of these prsents hath a good and absolute an Esate of Inheritance
of all and singular the before menconed prmisses and all andr
Every prt & prcell thereof shall be fully settled and Executed in
by and upon them the said John Hamer & William Sparks their Heires
and Assignes, and according to the true Intent & meaning of these
prsents shall remaine, Continue & be Seized of and in the said
Tract of Land and all other the prmisses of a good and Ab
solute an Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any Con
dicon remainder or revercon or Limitacon of any use or uses
Estates or Entailes of any prson whatsoever to Alien Change
or make voide ye same and that ye sd Jeremiah Miles att
ye time of ye Ensealiing and Deliveery of these prsents have
good right full powere and Lawfull Authority to give, grant
Sell, and Convey in manner afforesaid all and singular the
before hereby granted prmisses unto them ye sd John Hamer
& William Sparks their Heires & assignes and every of ye said John
Hamer & Wm Sparks their hers & asgnes^
them shall or may by force & vertue of these prsents from
time to time and at all times hereafter for ever have hold
use and Enjoye ye sd Tract of Land and prmisses without
any Lawfull Lett Trouble or disturbance of ye sd Jeremiah
Miles his Heires or Assignes or any other prson or prsons
whatsoever, And that free and cleaer and freely and Clearly
acquitted and Discharged or otherwise from time to time
att all times saved & kept harmless by Jeremiah Miles his
Heires Executrs and Administratrs from all manner of gifts
Bargaines and sales Leases, Mortgages, Joyntures, Dowers,
statute Merchant, and of ye Staple recognizances Entailes
rents and arrearages of rents and of and from all other
Titles and Incumbrances whatsoever (ye rents and services
which from henceforth shall grow due in respect of the
prmisses to ye Chiefe Lord or Lords of ye ffee or ffees of the
prmisses only Excepted and foreprized)                   And
