of grant Bargaine & sale Dated the ffourth Day of June one
Carman of ye parte & Robert Hackshaw one the other
alsoe ye one moety or one halfe parte of a Tract of Land called
The said one moety or halfe thereof to be the westernmost part
Called Carman and Burton, The said one Hundred acre part
Burton bot said Tracts Containing and now laid out for one
all rights pfitts and benefitts thereunto belonging all and
rtaining To have and to hold the aforesaid parcells of Land
and sold or hereby Intended to be Bargained and sold unto ye said
Thomas Carman doth for himselfe his heires Exrs and admrs
heires & assignes the aforesaid parcells of Land and all and
parcell thereof to the said Edward Cash his heires and assignes against
against all & every other pson or psons whatsoever will for
these prsents; The Rents and services that henceforth are to be
and further the said Thomas Carmand for himselfe his heires
that from time to time and at any time hereafter at ye proper
