ye sd Michaell Miller his heires or assignes make any
in the Law shall reasonably advise or direct; And ffarther ye
Covenent two and with ye sd Michaell Miller his heires
have hold possess & Enjoye all ye sd Parcell of Land
rents Profitts and Essues of ye same from time to time to ye
for ever without ye least disturbance or resistance of him
or Persons whatsoever In Confirmation whereof ye sd Ebenrs

Ebenzr Blackiston of Caecill County in ye of Mary
Indentures and made between Ebenyzr Blackiston of ye
or purporting a bargaine & sale from him ye sd Ebenzr
of Land according to ye within mentioned Indenture i[t?]
Constituted ordained and appointed and doth for himselfe
appoint and ordaine Samll Weekes his True & Lawfull
over unto ye sd Michaell Miller ye within bargained
of ye sd wthin recited Indenture In Wittness whereof I
day of ffebr Anno 1704
Wittness                       The above Deed was
Margret [mark] Groves         on ye backeside as follows
                                     ffebr 21th 104 the wth
                                     acknowledged by Samu
Eliz [mark] Meekes         hereby appointed by ye
                                    for the uses therein

Cash before ye Ensealeing & delivery of these prsents ye
Thomas Carman doth by these prsents acknowledge and
Thomas Carman thereunto Especially moveing Hath
and by these prsents doth grant Bartaine sell allione
his Heires and assignes for Ever; all that part and
Acres being the uppermost part of a Tract of Land
