To all Christian People to whom these Presents shall come
of Maryland and in the County of Kent p^? have Granted Bar
unto Thomas Cooke of the same County and Province abovesaid p--
with the appurtenances belonging to me Rob^t Devonish Lyeing
of Hinchinham Containeing One Hundred acres more or less
my Estate right Title and Interest use Posession Reversion
Same To have and to hold the said Piece and parcell of
to be holden of the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the ffee or ffee th--
himselfe to pay unto the abovesaid Rob^t Devonish the full and
Rob^t Devonish doth acknowledge himselfe fully satisfied: And
ministrators do Covenant Promise and Grant to and with
Every of them by these Presents that he the said Tho Cooke
times for Ever hereafter; Lawfully and Peaceably and quietly
of ground and all the premises hereby mentioned to be bargained
or their own use without any Lawfull Lett Suite trouble or
Executors administrators or assignes or of or by any other person
under me the said Robt Devonish or by my means or procure
and seale the 23^d Day of October in the year of our Lord God 17--
