Personally Appeared before me the Subscriber One of his Ldps
Justices of the peace for the afd County George Moore & John Reed &
Acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship the right
honourable the Lord Propry of the province of Maryland in the
sum of ten pounds Currt. money of the provinces afd to be made
& Leveyed on their bodys goods & Chattles Lands & Tenements
for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that George Moore do make his
Personall Appearance before the Justices of Our net Coty
Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in sd.
County on the third tuesday of Novemr. next then and there to
Answer unto Such things as Shall be Objected against him
on his Lordships behalf And in the mean time to keep the
peace and be of good behavour Then this recoge. to be Void
Else to remain in full force and Virtue in Law       C: Hynson
