of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Currt. money of Maryd
to be made and Leveyed on his body goods & Chattles Lands &
Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successs
With Condition to this recognize that John Earle Junr do make
his Personal Appe. before the Justices of Our next County Court
to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in sd County
on the third tuesday of Novemr. next then & there to give Evide
in behalf of his Lordship against the afd George Moor then
this recoge to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law

Kent County fst The Jurors for the right honourable the Lord propry
that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do prSent
that George Moore late of Chester Town in Saint Pauls Parish in
Kent County afd Carpenter the tenth day of Novemr. in the year
of Our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred and thirty eight
at Chester Town afd in the parish & County afd & within the Jurisdn.
of this Court with force & Arms into the mansion house of a
Certain John Earle in Chester Town afd within the parish & Coty
afd Scituat and being did break & enter & diverse Persons the Children
& Servants of the same John Earle in the same Mansion house
then & there in the peace of God & the same Lord Propry being into
great terror & danger of their lives did put & other harms to the
Same John & to the Children & Servants of the same John in the
Mansion house afd then & there being then & there did to the great
damage of the same John to the evil Example of others in such case
Offending and against the peace of the same Lord propry his good
rule & Government &c       D Dulany pr Do. propry
On the Back of the afd Indictmt. was Indorsed in these words
Vizt.       Ignoramus Matthew Howard Foremn. Grand Jury
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in ye.
Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of Novr being
the fourteenth day of said month in the year of Our Lord God One
thousand seven hundred thirty & eight Cometh the afd George Moor
here into Court in his proper person & prayeth that his & his
Suretys recognizance taken for his Appe. & good behavour to
this Court may be discharged &c            Ordered by this Court
here that the afd George Moor his recoge. taken as afd be Dischd
as prayed       George Moor his recognizance taken as afd
is by this Court here Discharged there being no cause to the Contrary
