Also it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County afd
on the day & year afd that the afd John Burk pay the sum of three
hundred forty & four pounds of tobacco Costs Accrueing on the prsses
afd to the Officers of this Court &c
Ordered by this Court here that the fine afd be delivered the sher.
                                                               to of Kent County And he not having whereall ^ pay the fine afd
Thereupon he is Committed into the Custody of the sher. of Kent
County untill the fine afd be Satisfyed            Ordered by this
Court here that the afd John give Security for the Fees Accrueing
on the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this Court And
he have no One to Offer nor no One Offering for him thereupon
he is Committed into the Custody of the sher. of Kent County untill
he give Security as afd Ordered by this Court here that the afd
John give Security for his Appe. & good behavour to next March
Court And he having no One to Offer nor no One Offering for
him thereupon he is Committed into the Custody of the sher. of Kent
County untill he give Security as afd &c
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of Novemr
being the fourteenth day of said month in the year of Our Lord One
thousand seven hundred thirty & eight Cometh here into Court Jno.
James & prayeth that his recognize. taken as afd for his Appe to
this Court as an Evide. against the afd John may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that the afd John James his recoge. taken
as afd be Discharged as prayed       John Jeames his recoge.
taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged there being no
Cause Shewn to the Contrary &c                  Jams Smith Clk

His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered that
agt    on the thirteenth day of Octobr. Anno Dom.
Robt. Jackson    seventeen hundred thirty & eight personally
Appeared Robert Jackson before me the Subscriber One of his Ldps
Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged himself
Indebted to his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord propry of the
province Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds currt. money of the
province afd to be made & Leveyed on his body goods & Chattles Lands
& Tenemts. for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successos.
With Condition to this Recoge that the afd Robert Jackson do
make his Personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester
in said County on the third tuesday of Novr. next Then and
