One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and
Acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry.
of the province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds currt.
money of the province afd to be made and Leveyed on his
body goods & Chattles lands and Tenements for the use of
his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition
that the said William do make his personall Appearance
before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at
our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on
the third tuesday in June Instant then and there to Pros:
:secute in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Robert
Ferrill Then this recognizance to be void Else to
Remain in full force in Law            Jervis Spencer
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the third
day of June Anno Dom. 1738 personally Appeared before
me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace
for the afd County William Aeland & Chrisr. Williams and
Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the
Lord propry. of the province of Maryland in the sum of ten
pounds Current money of the province afd to be made and
Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands & Tenemts.
for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
With Condition that Chrisr. Williams do make his psonall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to
be held at the Court house in Chester in said County on the third
tuesday in June Instant Then and there to testifie in behalf
of his Lordship against the afd Robert Ferrill Then this
Recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in
Law                                            Jervis Spencer

Strawn before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justs.
