[10] unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord propry. of Maryld. in the sum of ten pounds current money of Maryland to be made & Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condn. to this Recognizance that he the said James do make his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in sd. County on the third tuesday in June Instant Then this Recogc. to be void Else to remain in full force in Law Jervs. Spencer Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the third day of June anno Dom. 1738 personally Appeared Wm. Aeland before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justs. of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry. of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds current money of the province afd to be made & Leveyed on his body goods & Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Success. With Condition that Mary Aeland his wife and John Aeland do make their personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in June Instant to testifie in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Robert Ferrill Then this Recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law Jervis Spencer Ordered by this Court here that the afd Robert in to Recognizance with Security for the fees Accrueing on the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this Court Thereupon Robert Ferrill and Benjamin Palmer and present here in court Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord propry. of Maryland in the sum of five hundred pounds of |
