give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the Afd
William Bradshaw then this recognizance to be Void
Else to Remain in full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of August being the day and Year afd cometh William
Bradshaw here into the same Court in his proper prson
and prayeth that his and his Suretys recognizance taken
as afd may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that William Bradshaw
and Ralph Page their Recognizances taken as afd be
discharged as prayed                  William Brad:
:shaw and Ralph Page their recognizances taken as
afd is by this Court here discharged there being no Cause
Shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd cometh Edward Harris
here into Court and prayeth that his recognizance taken as
afd may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that Edward Harris his
Recognizance taken as afd be discharged as prayed
Edward Harris his Recognizance taken as afd is by
this Court here that Edward Harris his recognizance
taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there being
no Cause Shewn to the Contrary

His Lordship    Command was given to the
agt    sherr. of Kent County on the 24th
Joseph Nicholson    day of June in the 24th Year of Our
Dominion &c. in the Year of Our Lord 1738 That he
should take Joseph Nicholson late of Kent County Gent.
If he should be found in his Bailwick and him safe
