And that the said sherr. have At the time and place afd the said
Writt &c. And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of August
being the day and Year afd cometh William Harris Gentleman
sherr. of Kent County and made return thereof to the Court here thereon
Indorsed as fol. Vizt. Cepi corpus pr Wm Harris sherr. Kent Coty.
Ordered by this Court here that William Bradshaw enter into Recoge.
with Security for his Appearance and good behavour dureing Court's
Sitting and in the mean time to keep the peace and be of Good
behavour
Thereupon William Bradshaw and Ralph Page present
here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledgeth themselves to
be Indebted to his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord propry
of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds current money of the prove.
afd each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognizance
that William Bradshaw do make his personall Appearance
before the Justices of this Present Court now held for Kent Coty
to Answer Unto what shall be Objected against him on his Ldps
behalf on Suspition of an Assault &c. And in the mean time to
keep the peace and be of good behavour Then this recognize.
to be void Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that Edward Harris enter into
Recognizance for his Appearance as an Evidence in behalf of his
Lordship against the afd William Bradshaw
Thereupon Edward Harris of Kent County Gent. and prsent
here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth himself Indebted
to his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord propry of Maryld.
in the sum of five pounds current money of the province afd to
be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and
Successors With Condition to this Recognizance that Edwd.
Harris do make his personall Appearance before the Justs.
