and year afd last mentioned cometh William Harris Gent. sherr.
of Kent County and made Return thereof to the Court here thereon
Indorsed as fol. Vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm. Harris sherr. Kt Coty
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Daniel Flinn enter into
Recognizance with Security for his Appearance and good behavr.
untill next November Court &c.
Thereupon Daniel Flinn John Smithers and Benjamin
Sutton And present here into Court in their proper persons
Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted to his Lordship the right
Honourable the Lord propry of Maryland Daniel Flinn
in the sum of twenty pounds current money of the province
afd And John Smithers and Benjmain Sutton in the sum
of ten pounds like money Each to be made and Leveyed on
their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condn.
to this Recognizance that Daniel Flinn do make his personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be
held at the Court house in Chester Town on the third tuesday in
November next Then and there to Answer unto such things as
shall be Objected against him on his Ldps behalf And in
the mean time to keep the peace and be of good behr.
Then this Recognizance to be Void Else to remain in
full force in Law

His Lordship    Command was given to the sherr.
agt    of Kent County on the fifteenth
William Bradshaw    day of August in the 24th Year
of Our dominion &ca in the Year of Our Lord 1738 that
he should take William Bradshaw late of Kent County
Planter and him safe keep so that You have his body
Immediately before the Court to Answer unto an Assault &a.
