his recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there
being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd cometh Stephen Glanvill here into
Kent County Court afd and prayeth that his recognizance taken as
afd as an Evidence against the afd Richd Johnson to this Court
may be discharged                  Ordered by this Court here
that Stephen Glanvill his recognizance taken as afd be
discharged as prayed                  Stephen Glanvill
his recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here dischd.
there being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary

here into Court in his proper person and prayeth that
his recognizance taken as afd for his Appearance as an
Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Richd
Johnson to this Court may be discharged

His Lordship    Command was given to the sherr.
agt    of Kent County on the fifteenth day
Daniel Flinn    of August in the 24th Year of Our
Dominion &ca. in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred
thirty and eight that he should take Daniel Flinn late of
Kent County Labourer and him safe keep so that you have his
body Immediately before the Court to Answer unto an Assault
&c. And that the said Sherr. have at the time and place afd the
said Writt &ca.
And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the day
