Cause Shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and Year afd last mentioned cometh
here into the afd County Court Stephen Glanvill and prayeth
that his recognizance taken as afd might be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that Stephen Glanvill his
recognizance taken as afd for his appearance to this Court
as an Evidence against the afd William Pope Be dischd
as prayed
Stephen Glanvill his Recognizance taken as
afd is by this Court here discharged there being no Cause
Shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd last mentioned
cometh Stephen Glanvill here in Court and prayeth that
his recognizance taken as afd for the Appearance of
his wife as an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship agst
the afd William Pope to this Court may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that Stephen Glanvill
his recognizance taken as afd be discharged as prayed
Stephen Glanvill his recognizance taken as afd is
by this Court here discharged there being no Cause shewn
to the Contrary

Mary Thompson here into Court and prayeth that her
Suretys recognizance taken as afd as an Evidence in behalf
of his Lordship against the afd William Pope to this Court
may be discharged

as prayed
