in the sum of five hundred pounds of tobacco each to be made
and Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors With Condition to this recognizance
that he the said William Pope do pay the fees Accrueing
on the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this Court
Then this recognizance to Void Else to remain in
full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third
tuesday of August being the fifteenth day of said month
in the Year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty and
eight cometh William Pope and prayeth that his &
his Suretys recognizance taken as afd for his Appe
to this Court may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that William and Hugh
Morrisson his Surety their recognizance taken as afd be
Discharged as prayed
William Pope and Hugh Morrison their recoge
taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there
being no Cause shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd last above mentioned
cometh William Burcam here into the afd County Court
and prayeth that his recognizance as afd as an Evidence
against the afd William Pope may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that William Burcam
his Recognizance taken as afd for his Appearance
to this Court be discharged as prayed
William Burcam his Recognizance taken
as afd is by this Court here discharged there being no
