25P> the body of the afd Mary and execute the punishment in
the Judgment afd Specified and afterwards to bring her
into Court again Of which said precept the said sherr. to
wit William Harris Gentleman makes return on the day
and year aft last mentioned that he hath Executed the
punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and have her
the same Mary here before the Court
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Mary prove the
Begetter of the Bastard child afd Upon her Oath declares
that Math: Gahagin is the begetter of the Child afd ment^d.
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Mary give
Security for the Fees Accrueing on the premisses afd to
the Officers of this Court
Thereupon Thomas Atkinson of Kent County & present
here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth himself
Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord prop^ry. of Maryl^d.
in the sum of five hundred pounds of tobacco to be made
& Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles lands and
Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors With Condition to this recognizance that
she the said Mary do pay the fees Accrueing on the
premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this Court then
this Recognizance to be void Else to remain in full
