his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our
next County Court to be held for the County afd then &
there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against
the afd Daniel Perkins Then this recognizance to be
Void Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that Stephen Sturgeon give
Security for his Appeance as an Evidence (in behalf of his
Lordship against the afd Daniel Perkins) to Novemr
Court next                  Thereupon William Salsbury
of Kent County Blacksmith and present here in the
afd County Court Acknowledgeth himself to be Indebted
unto his Lordship the Lord propry of the province of
Maryland in the sum of ten pounds current money
to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and chattels
Lands & Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognize.
that Stephen Sturgeon afd makes his personall Appc.
before the Justices of Our next November Court to be
held for the County afd then and there to give Evidence
in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Daniel Perkins
Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in
full force in Law

propry of Maryland John Street in the sum of twenty
pounds current money and William Taylor in
the sum of ten pounds like money to be made
