by the Justices here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of August being the twenty first day of said month in the year
of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine that the afd Jane
pay the Sum of                                      pounds of tobacco
Costs Accrueing on the premisses afd to the Several Officers
of this Court &c
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Jean give Security for
her Appearance dureing Court Setting
Thereupon Thomas Crow of Kent County planter present
here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth himself to
be Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry of Maryland in
the Sum of ten pounds current money to be made and Leveyed
on his body goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition
to this recognizance that Jane afd makes her personall
Appearance before the Justices of this present Court dureing
the Sitting of the same To Answer unto Such things as
should be Objected against her on his Lordships behalf
Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full
force in Law
Att Which said third tuesday of August being the day and year
afd last mentioned cometh the afd Jane in her proper person
                          Suretys
& prayeth that her ^ recognizance taken as afd may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that Thomas Crow his recognizance
taken as afd be Discharged as prayed
Thomas Crow his recognizance taken as afd is by this
Court here Discharged there being no cause Shewn to the
Contrary                                                     Jams Smith Cl.

His Lordship Command was given to the sher. of
agt Kent County on the 23rd. day of June in the
Sussa. Mc.Key 25th year of Our Dominion &c in the
Year of Our Lord 1739 that he should take Susanna Mc.Key
late of Kent County Spinster if She should be found in his
