Court as an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the
afd David Crane                  Thereupon Hugh Morrison
of Kent County Taylor and present here in Court in his proper
person Acknowledgeth himself Indebted to his Lordship
the Lord propry of Maryland in the sum of five pounds
current money to be made and Leveyed on his body goods &
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lord:
:ship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognize.
that Hugh Morrison afd makes his personall Appearance
before the Justices of Our next Novemr. Court Then
and there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship
against the afd David Then this recognizance to be Void
Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that Mary Wood wife Thomas Wood
Give Security for her Appearance to this next Novemr. Court as
an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd David
Crane                  Thereupon George Clark of Kent Coty
Glaiser present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth
himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry of Maryld
in the sum of ten pounds current money to be made and Leveyed
on his body goods & Chattels Lands and Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition
to this recognizance that Mary Wood afd makes her personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next Novr. Court then &
there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the
afd David Crane then this recognizance to be Void Else to
remain in full force in Law
It is Also Ordered by this Court here that Mary
Wood Servt. to a Certain Thomas Wood of Queen Anns
County Give Security for her Appearance as an Evidence in
behalf of his Lordship against the afd David Crane
Thereupon George Clark of Kent County Glaiser present
here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth himself
Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry of Maryland in
the sum of ten pounds current money to be made and Leveyed
on his body goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for
the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
With Condition to this recognizance that Mary Wood
