Hugh Morrison his recognizance taken as afd is by this
Court here Discharged there being no cause shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd at Kent County Court afd
cometh the George Clark in his proper person and prayeth that
                                at last Court
his recognizance taken ^ for the Appearance to this Court of Mary
Wood wife to Thomas Wood of Queen Anns County to this Court
may be Discharged                  Ordered by this Court here that
George Clark his recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed
George Clark his recognizance taken as afd is by this
Court here Discharged there being no cause Shewn to the
Contrary                  Att Which said day and year afd at Kent
County Court afd come again the afd George Clark in his proper
person and prayeth that his recognizance taken as afd for the
Appearance of Mary Wood a Servant to this Court may be
Discharged                  Ordered by this Court here that George
Clark his recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed
George Clark his recognizance taken as afd is by this
Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the
Contrary
Ordered by this Court here that the afd David Crane enter
into recognizance with Security for his Appearance and good
behavour (to next November Court) Especially towards a Certain
Mary Wood                  Thereupon David Crane & Thoms.
Williams of Kent County present here in Court in there propr.
persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship the
Lord propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of twenty
pounds current money Each to be made & Leveyed on his
body goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of
his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to
this recognizance that David Crane afd makes his personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be
held at Our Court house in Chester Town in the County afd on the
third tuesday of Novemr. next then and there to Answer unto such
things as Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf
And in the mean time to keep the peace & be of good behavour
(Especially towards the afd Mary Wood) Then this recognizance
to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that Hugh Morrison
enter into recognizance for his Appearance at next Novr.
