223 Ordered by this Court here that Benjamin Green enter into recognizance for his Appearance (to next November Court) as an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd William Graves Thereupon Benjamin Green of Kent Coty planter and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds current money of the province afd to be made & Leveyed on His body goods and chattels Lands & Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance that Benjamin Green afd makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next November Court then and there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd William Graves Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
the third tuesday of August being the twenty first day of said month in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty and nine cometh the afd David in his proper person And prayeth that his and his Suretys recognizace taken as above mentioned may be Discharged Ordered by this Court here that David Crane and Thomas Williams his Surety their recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed David Crane & Thomas Williams their Recognizances taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged there being no Cause shewn to the Contrary Att Which said day and year afd last mentioned cometh here into the afd County Court Hugh Morrison and prayeth as an Evidence against the afd David that his recognizance taken as afd ^ may be Discharged Ordered by this Court here that Hugh Morrison his recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed Hugh |
