taken as afd be Discharged as prayed                           William Graves
James Ringgold & James Wright their recognizances taken as afd
is by this Court here Discharged there being no Cause shewn to the
Contrary
It is further Ordered
Att Which said day & year afd at Kent County Court afd
cometh Benjamin Green in his proper person & prayeth
that his recognizance taken as afd one as an Evid for his
Appearance to this Court as an Evidence in behalf of his
Lordship to this Court against the afd William Graves may
be Discharged                  Ordered by this Court here that
Benjamin Green his recognizance taken as afd may be
discharged as prayed                  Benjamin Green
his recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here Dischd.
there being no cause shewn to the Contrary
Ordered by this Court here that the afd William Graves
enter into recognizance with Security for his Appearance &
good behavour (to next November Counrt to be held for the
County afd) Especiall towards Benjamin Green
Thereupon William Graves and James Wright of
Kent County planters present here in Court Acknowledgeth
themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry
of the province of Maryland in the Sum of ten pounds currt.
                                           Each
money of the province afd ^ to be made & Leveyed on their bodys
goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his
said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition
to this recognizance that William Graves makes his personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to
be held at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said Coty
on the third tuesday in November next then & there to Answer
unto such things as Shall be Objected against him on his
Lordships behalf And in the mean time to keep the peace &
be of good behavour (Especially towards Benjamin
Green) Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain
in full force in Law
