unto his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord propry.
of Maryland in the sum of five hundred pounds of tobacco
to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands
and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors With Condition to this Recognizance
that he the afd Edward Williams do pay the Fees Accrue:
:ing on the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of
this Court Then this Recognizance to be void Else
to Remain in full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of August being the fifteenth day of said month in the year
of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty & Eight Cometh
Edward Williams in his proper person and prayeth
that his and his Suretys Recognizance taken as afd may
be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that Edward William and Morris
Cloak their Recognizances taken as afd be discharged
as prayed
Edward Williams & Morris Cloak their recognizs.
taken as afd is by this Court here discharged there being no
Cause shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd last mentioned cometh
William Simcocks here into Court and prayeth that his
Recognizance taken as afd may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that William Simcocks
his Recognizance taken as afd be discharged as prayed
William Simcocks his Recognizance taken as
afd is by this Court here discharged there being
no cause Shewn to the Contrary
