and Leveyed on his body goods and chattels Lands & Tenem[ents]
for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that James Greenwood afd
makes his personall Appearance before the Judges of Our
next Court of Assize to be held for the County afd Then and
there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the
afd Samuel Then this recognizance to be Void Else to
remain in full force in Law

agt    Joan a Mollatto Servt. to Thomas
Joan a Mollatto    Crow of St. pauls parish for
Servt. to Thos. Crow    having a Base born child

agt    Ann Macdaniell of St. pauls pa:

   :rish for having a base born child

agt    Susannah Mackey of Shrewsbury
Susa. Mackey    parish for having a base born child

His Lordship    Ordered by this Court here that
agt    John Swift of Queen Anns County
John Swift    Innholder enter into recognizance for
his Appearance & good behavour dureing Court Setting
Thereupon John Swift of Queen Anns County in
Kent County Court in his proper person Acknow:
:ledgeth himself Indebted to his Lordship the
Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the
Sum of five pounds current money to be made
